Every cowhide rug sold by Mr. Cowhides is covered by our quality guarantee. If your rug arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will replace it at no cost to you.
What Is Covered
- Defects in tanning or finishing
- Excessive shedding beyond normal levels
- Shipping damage reported within 7 days of delivery
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper care or cleaning
- Color fading from direct sunlight exposure
- Pet damage or staining
