Shipping Area
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Hawaii is not included at this time.
Shipping Time & Cost

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How to Start a Return
Email hello@mrcowhides.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original Square payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at hello@mrcowhides.store within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we will make it right.
