These Terms & Conditions govern your use of mrcowhides.store, operated by Mr. Cowhides, 1249 La Cienega Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90035. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.
Products
Our cowhide rugs are natural hide products. Because each hide is unique, size, color, pattern, and markings will vary from hide to hide and may differ slightly from photos shown on the site. Listed dimensions are approximate.
Orders & Payment
All orders are processed in U.S. dollars and payment is collected at checkout via Square. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailable inventory, in which case you will be notified and refunded in full.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States, excluding Hawaii. See our Shipping & Returns Policy for full details.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the terms of our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including photos, text, and logos, is the property of Mr. Cowhides and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Mr. Cowhides is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
